Bought the bag based largely on the positive reviews plus I needed a new black bag. I haven’t actually used it yet as I have a few bags more suited to the summer months but, I’ve tried it and it easily holds all I carry day-to-day. I wish it had an exterior pocket but I’ll cope, strap is plenty long enough, in fact I will wear it on the shortest length as I quite like wearing crossbody bags high’ish rather than bouncing around my hip. I’m hoping the quality lives up to M & S standards and look forward to using it in the autumn

Lovely bag, perfect size as holds all my essentials but not too big, Looks far more expensive than £26. Like that it is slouchy so on days I do not need much in my bag it folds up small but on days when I need to carry more it holds it all. Understated but smart.

I bought this bag in the tomato Red and wow I love it! It's buttery soft to the touch, the zip opens and closes smoothly it also has an internal zipped pocket and an open pocket , strap length is good and adjustable. Nothing to dislike ! Transaction was good as was communication, delivery was on time and packaging was good.
