I found these slim fit jeans leaning more to being like a skinny fit. Also, I am actual 32" waist but I purchased a 30" waist (Reason being: previous M&S jeans have measured 2" more than the stated size.) These 30" actually measure 32" so fit waist perfectly. Length was true to size and quality is good. I have given these jeans an average rating.

Got them cheap in the sale. Thin material, but ok for the price. Waist & thigh had a good fit, but far too tight from the knee down. I mean really tight. Had to go back I’m afraid.

Ordered these for my husband as he likes M and S cords but these were supposed to be 34 inch waist and he could not get them anywhere near to fasten them. Shame as he liked the slimmer leg fitting.

I have these in two colours: navy which are dapper enough for the daily grind, without me having been served my P45 and khaki for making merry when the sun sets over ye yonder hills. All in all they are good quality and design and great value. The only minor quibble is that the back pockets are cut a trifle too low and don’t align with the shape of one’s buttocks. (I live in Brighton, so these things matter). Nevertheless, I do recommend them to friend and foe alike.

Almost perfect. Due to the jeans style of these trousers, they have a comfortable, casual feel about them which is what I wanted. The only reservation I have is that the material feels a little lightweight for corduroy, which I suppose may be down to the 'added stretch'. Having said that, it may turn out to be a bonus in the warmer spring and summer months. But all round they seem a good purchase at a reasonable price.

I tried a pair of waist 36 leg 33 - my size - on in the store in the colour I wanted and the waist was just too small. There was no waist 38 in the colour I wanted so I tried on a pair of waist 38 leg 33 in a different colour. They fitted fine. So I ordered waist 38 leg 33 in the colour I wanted. They arrived and the leg was way too short and the trousers sat way below my hips. In other words, the sizing is all over the place. It is a shame as they are a nice pair of cords, feel fine and look good if you are slim. But the sizing is a mess.
