Length is not 29in leg slightly longer 29.75inches

Trousers and jeans say 29in leg .both are slightly longer 29.75inches .had to get them shorten to 29inch leg which costs ..i know could have sent them back .but i liked the material... marks should look into this failure selling 29in and they are not
