The previous eye cream that was discontinued had substance. This is so watery! I have stirred it up, shaken the bottle and it is still liquid. Yuck! Bring back the previous formula!

Nothing else has ever compared to the results that I get from these products until the recent re-formula. This eye cream has a very watery consistency as opposed to the creamy feel of the previous formula. And since using it I have noticed more puffiness around my eyes than ever before. The old formula used to completely reduce any puffiness. I am so disappointed and wish you would go back to the old formula.

Whatever product you think you have on your finger just glides right off because of its gel-cream consistency. I hope I don't fall in love with this cream because BM "retires" its products almost as soon as they launch them.
