How do I put this wrap on properly?

Can I put this wrap in the washing machine?
Machine wash this hair wrap at 30°C. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean it, and iron only at a low temperature. Avoid biological or enzyme-containing detergents.

It’s such a shame it’s lovely silk and a great idea I use minoxidil on my scalp at night and this is a good idea to keep it off the pillow case but it doesn’t have a good fit it comes off .. I have a large head so and least it’s not too tight
