No, I don't recommend this

Was hoping to give this a present but the packaging was damaged and it looked like something from out of a bargain bin.

Pure, natural and effective

I've been using this for over 20 years. It's great to know they've not changed it. It's easy to use, lathers well and has a subtle clean scent. You don't need a great deal for a good shave. It's better than anything you can get in a can, and at least you know when it's time to buy more. Cans tend to sputter and let you down. A simple and natural product that's much needed in these complex times.
