The design is always fire and clean, which is why I’ve been buying the Shadow 5000 for over 4 years. However, over the past year or two, I’ve noticed the fit has gotten noticeably narrower. It feels like the Shadow 5000 has started taking on the shape of the 6000, especially with that narrow, hard triangle-shaped heel. Unfortunately, it changes the fit and makes the shoe less comfortable than the original design. Please consider bringing back the original Shadow 5000 shape, or at least updating the size chart to account for the narrower fit. I love the Shadow 5000 and want to keep buying them — I just need the original fit back!

I ordered the cadet colorway in two sizes—9 and 9.5. I ordered two sizes because of the many review stating that this style runs small. For my feet, the 9 was true to size, and I usually wear size 9D womens (wide!). That said the Shadow 5000 in the cadet color way is beautiful and totally comfortable!

I originally ordered the shoe and it came in a size that was a bit too small. When I did the return to get a bigger size I requested one size up, but when it came, it was a shoe that would fit LeBron James. Would I inquired about the size difference? They explained that it was unisex, but this was not clear in the return process as it just asked me what size I wanted and I put in my regular shoe size, a half size bigger than I had purchased last time.

Received these shoes today. Ordered the grey/grey and they look completely different from the stock photo online. Online it has more of a tan color. These are just very light shoes.

From the time I put them on, they were a perfect fit in the width and the length. They did not need to be broken in at all, they were comfortable and ready to use out of the box. Great for every day comfort. Its been a long time since I found a pair of shoes that I liked right out of the box. I would definitely buy more Saucony in the future

This pair of Saucony shoes is far from my first. Saucony has been my walking shoe of choice for 20+ years. But I have to say that this pair is making my arches unhappy, sore, and I don't know whether it it this particular shoe or if my old, yes, feet are entering a new phase of aging. I wish I did know because I don't know where else to turn.
