perfect colour, they look more expensive than they are and they are neutral to go with anything. It was the price that made me buy them though. I did like they did matching items and if any broke i could easily replace them (which i did) but a shame that they have stopped doing them after such a short period of time.

The plates have a strange shiny grey colour. They are cheap looking and definitely not white. I wouldn’t have bought them from a shop but l didn’t bother sending them back.

I bought these great value plates for everyday use as I already had the bowl set in green. They are sturdy and fit nicely in the dishwasher plate rack, last well in the warming oven keeping meals warm and look nice. The only reason I knocked off a star is because we eat a lot of meals with sauces for the kids- chilli, bolognese, curry etc and these plates are very shallow (compared with my ‘best’ plates so the juices often spill over the edge of the plate when dishing up. On the other hand my husband thinks their flatness is great for making sandwiches on. Would definitely recommend anyway.

Bought these plates to bolster the dinner set in the same sage green. Good size for dishwasher and glaze ensures they’re easy to clean. Too chunky for fine dining, but good for every day.
