The first set I ordered had one loose wheel on the smallest case. The replacement set appear to be fine. Zips all work, as do the locks and all wheels are secure. Impressed that all 3 cases have TSA locks, unusual for a cabin case. 20 year guarantee is reassuring. Love the blue colour - easy to spot on the carousel!

The luggage set is great quality and size and was perfect. I ordered the bright blue set as wanted to be able to see my suitcases when they come off the conveyor belt at the airport! I had always been wary of the hard plastic cases as I worried that they would crack when they get thrown about at the airport, but these have ‘give’ in them and flex so I’m hoping that they will survive the ordeal! The wheels move smoothly too so I’m looking forward to easily pushing them through the airport on my next holiday
