Sequin Long Sleeve Top

The top looked great suited my mother but from the moment of wearing small bits of black fabric shed all over the furniture and floor. It was Xmas day and she had to take it off as it was making such a mess. This surely happened when the product was tested? Very very disappointing. Not up to M&S normal high standard.

I love this top. Love the colour, wanted black but sold out . Glad I had burgundy as its colourful, I feel full of sparkle when it's on ! The style is good as it has long sleeves and long enough to cover tummy. Yes its heavyish but that's fine. I had it in sale so very happy. Thank you M and S !

Beautiful sequin long sleeved top. Comes up very large and boxy so I ordered smaller size to get good fit. Looks very elegant. I am very pleased, especially as I got 20% off!

LOOKS LOVELY! I wore the burgundy one yesterday for the 1st time. I came out from the bathroom which has a white floor. Hubby went in and said what's all these bits on the floor? I did not know? We went out for lunch and I popped to the loo I then noticed bits on the floor and on the loo seat. It was my sparkly top moulting...not the sequins its the black bits in between. I have not worn the black top yet but will give it a good shake before wearing. Will be wary regards washing these tops!

I've been looking for a black sparkle top for ages and this fitted the bill. The top is true to size although at times I have found it too thick and hot. I've worn it with trousers and a skirt and it even looked good with jeans! It's a very versatile top which can be brought out year after year. I've washed mine numerous times, following the instructions and it still looks like new.

This is a nice quality top but it’s extremely thick and hangs very rigid. My sister told me I looked floor a square as it doesn’t hang in at the waist at all.

This top was very comfortable to wear. Thicker than normal party tops but that was good because the weather was quite cold when I wore it. Love the colour & had a double dip offer on it so was very happy what I paid. It’s a top that you could wear with Jeans or some smart black trousers or skirt.

I absolutely love this top, it looks a real wow ! I did buy a smaller size than normal as other reviewers had stated and it’s a perfect fit. Lucky to get it in the sale too so a wonderful Christmas present for myself!

This was a birthday present and I was so pleased. It’s a very comfortable top as it is lined so no scratchiness from the sequins, wore it to my birthday meal, so many compliments on my top and people asking where it was from. I have the black and it glimmers very eyecatching, but not too OTT. As it’s full sleeve and high neck it’s very wearable to many occasions. Recommended and I haven’t lost any sequins

I normally wear size 10 or 12 in M&S tops. Tried a 10 and way too big, no 8 in stock so tried a 6 as it didn’t look too small and it fitted perfectly - but I don’t like loose baggy tops. The ‘burgundy’ colour has a black background and is covered in sequins that look red under bright lights and more of a burgundy shade when no light shining on them. Wouldn’t try to match it with burgundy trousers or skirt. I’ve a pair of burgundy velvet jeans and it looks red next to them. I love red, especially at Christmas, so I’m fine with that! Lining is warmish, not thin but not actually too thick or too hot, although it really depends on where you want to wear it. I’m planning on initially wearing it with M&S black velvet jeans and heeled black sparkly boots (M&S again!) for a Christmassy lunch with girlfriends and expect it to be fine. It does have one of those tiny fiddly buttons At the back of the neck that has to go through a fiddly thin elastic loop, - that I’ve found on several M&S items. Wish they’d use a press stud or even hook & eye for easiness! Bought with 40% off so excellent value at £21!
