Terrible sizing issues

I had to buy 3 x different sizes, despite measuring and none of them fitted. Two of them fitted fine but the sleeves were really short and narrow (size 14-15 & 15-16). Size 16-17 fitted better on the arms but was way too long on him and looked ridiculous. My son is an average size 14 year old who wears size 15 usually. Usually love M&S blazers for all my boys but seem different this year!

This blazer is listed as cotton - it's not!
The blazer is advertised on this page as 100% cotton. It's actually a mix of polyester and viscose, there's no cotton at all! That said, the blazer is fine and well made. It's a bit stiff to start with but after a wash and wearing a few times, I think it will be ok.
