Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Floppy and sad
the flowers were floppy and sad which I put down to the extreme heat. They revived a bit but never fully so did not last very long. I blame the weather not M&S

I ordered these for my elderly Mum. Maybe I didn't read the small print, but I was expecting the flowers to be arranged in a vase, so she wouldn't have to fuss about with them. As they arrived separated, her carer had to spend time arranging them. They looked nothing like the picture, the flowers were still in bud, so the whole thing was straggly
