Poor Presentation of a ‘Gift’

It was just a load of fruit in a box ie not arranged nicely. It was in ‘gifts’ but who wants to give someone something that is not presented nicely. Unfortunately I ordered two and was not able to change the second one and now feel embarrassed by my Christmas present which will be delivered straight to my friend.

I send fruit from M&S to my granddaughter, always arrives on time. This time not delivered unfortunately she was ill and needed it did not arrive. I phoned M&S, they reordered, arrived on time.
