Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Disappointing condition of bouquets.

This and the second bouquet on the same order (a Stock Abundance Bouquet) were delivered on Friday 17th July 2026 as requested. No problems with the delivery itself. The flowers however, on taking them out of the box, many were in bloom and already looking as if they would not last the weekend, never mind lasting 7 days. In fact the friend I had them delivered to did indeed end up having to discard almost half of both bouquets by the end of Sunday 19th July. This was unfortunate as the flowers were to cheer-up my friend on the anniversary of her husband's death. I am disappointed with this situation as I expected better from Marks & Spencer. I contacted the Customer Helpline and obtained a refund on the order. I opted for a refund as I was not confident that a replacement would not have the same problems and also that a replacement would not have been able to get to my friend on the day required (Friday 17th July).
