Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The posy was described as 13 stems, only 11 arrived in a battered box. With a price od £25.00 thats over £2.00 per stem. Not wort worth anywher close to £25.00. I complained and got a £15.00 refund which i considered fair. It was a shame as these were a wedding anniversary gift.
