[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of my go-to shower detanglers I use. One sweep and my curly and unruly hair is detangled. I like the handle, or lack of so you can get a good grip on the tool. I would recommend to all friends.

I have dense, afro textured hair, though the individual strands are very fine. I had purchased a different scalp massager with the more common cone shaped tines, but due to how closely my strands are packed together, it really didn't do much. I like that the tines on the Tangle Teezer massager are much thinner and therefore able to fully penetrate my hair and actually make consistent contact with my scalp. It did a great job removing flakes and buildup. My one complaint is that because the tines are thinner, they can be a bit scratchy if you have a delicate scalp.

The Tangle Teezer is an excellent product, I use it when I wash my hair to help maintain a healthy scalp - it’s perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tangled teezer scalp exfoliator is great for pre-shower and during the shower to scrub and exfoliate the scalp to get out product and dry skin. I have been using this for a few months now and the brush looks the same as it did when I got it. No cracks or weak spots in the plastic. My hair is thick and long but it still holds up to it. Sometimes I'll add some oil to my hair and exfoliate or after my shower I'll massage in some scalp oil to hydrate. Great product and doesn't cause breakage!
