Practical bag at a reasonable price
Nice bag, comfortably fits my chrome book in the laptop pocket. Like the water bottle pocket and the front pocket is handy for easy access to my work ID badge. Bag is light and comfortable to wear. Would like a wider range of colours.

Not as practical as other brands
I thought this would be a great alternative to more expensive brands but it has several flaws. The rubberised material is directly next to your back as no mesh/breathable panel = sweaty back. The non waterproof version has this feature so unsure why this hasn't. There is only one inside pocket in the main section so nowhere to tuck a phone, pens, to secure keys etc. Could do with multiple inside pockets to save everything going in the big section together. Looks lovely from the outside but not practical for the price. Returned and hoping it might be updated soon!

I bought this bag after buying one of the previous versions at M&S a few years ago which I loved. The new version is great. Love the back pocket and space for a water bottle. I was unsure if this would be as waterproof as my last rucksack however I can confirm after getting absolutely soaked the first time I used it I need not have worried- everything was perfectly dry.
