Round Neck Stud Detail Maxi Waisted Dress

Beautiful dress, though I have yet to wear it but after trying it on, it looked and felt fab.

Kudos to the copywriter who sold me on this dress… more than the photos actually did! “This maxi dress from Never Fully Dressed brings modern punk energy to your autumn-winter wardrobe. The regular-fit piece features a figure-flattering bodice with long sleeves and a waisted silhouette. Gleaming studs punctuate the round neckline and the wrap skirt detail. Two kilt buckles at the hip complete the edgy aesthetic.” It arrived in good time & fits like a glove! One small detail that was incorrect, however, is that this a midi dress, NOT a maxi dress. It ends mid-calf on me (I’m 5’9), & definitely not at the ankles, as it appears to do on the model. Either she is VERY small, or the ‘creative’ angle chosen by the photographer for the full-length shot is rather misleading. Regardless, I love the dress! Classy & understated with a subtle punk edge. Buttery soft jersey-knit fabric feels luxe – thick enough to hold the structure of the figure-hugging cut, with just the right amount of stretch to make it super comfy. It’s a very versatile dress – looks equally fab with knee-high boots or dressy heels – & I have no doubt it will become a staple piece in my autumn/winter wardrobe for many seasons to come.
