Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I ordered two bouquets of these flowers for delivery to two friends in the UK, one friend to thank her for helping to sort out a problem and the other to a close friend who had recently lost her husband, as a result of a Heart attack, in early December 2025. The positive feedback that my wife and I received from the two recipients of these flowers, were very impressed by the quality, bright colours and mix of the tulips and roses. Despite being sent to two friends for very different reasons, they were ideal and much appreciated by the recipients. Thank you M & S for your excellent flowers and delivery services.

The colours were vibrant and beautiful but some tulips were fully open really quickly so i don't think they would survive even a week .As they were a gift for a bereaved friend i cannot verify this as she lives a long way from myself
