Picture looks awesome but......

When selecting the roses I went by the picture but was disappointed when they arrived. I was expecting a more velvety looking rose, soft touch and vibrant. When they arrived I realised I could have bought the same from another budget store at a fraction of the price. In stark contrast to the birthday cake I ordered for my daughters 16th birthday which was out of this world, exceptional, beautifully decorated and never before have I tasted a bought cake that could easily have been home made. It was fantastic. Hence the reason I ordered the roses.

I ordered these for my wife for valentines day. They arrived on the day and were received with great pleasure. The roses lasted over 7 days and were of a good quality and had a lovely scent. They are great value for money for the 2 dozen blooms They resembled the picture I would certainly use this service again and have one happy wife

This was bought to celebrate 24 valentine years together with my wife. Rather dissapointed that on delivery there was 20 roses instead of 24, failed to convey the thoughts and message I intended.

After reading multiple reviews about the quality of these flowers from M and S and thinking they were fantastic value I was left mortified when I opened the box to see a below par bunch of roses that hadn’t even been arranged in a professional manor. The roses were engulfed by the gift bag and looked as if they had been beaten by a stick. I am just so great full that I didn’t get them delivered to my partners place of work and saved her the embarrassment of receiving such a poor bunch of flowers. Thoroughly let down as I expected far better from marks and Spencer’s.

The ordering process was simple and quick, and so was the delivery. The only downside was that my fiance realised that it was only 21 roses instead of 24 and it did not look as plump as the picture led me to believe. Oh well, there,s always next year !!

I thought that buying from M&S I’d be buying some quality roses. Unfortunately they weren’t and a disappointingly small bouquet compared to the online images. Delivery was fine but roses lasted 1 day before starting to wilt. The personalised message was also someone else’s so I’m assuming some lucky customer got my message to the wife. I’ll not be buying flowers from M&S again.

I have used the M&S flower service for more than 10 years and always previously been very pleased with the service and product. However, this year’s Valentine’s delivery was extremely disappointing. The ‘2 Dozen Red Roses’ required a telescope to see them at the scale that the website had believe they would be! I would rather pay more for a better product than receive ‘dwarf flowers’ especially when buying them as a gift...will not be using the service again.
