Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Spent £160 on bad quality flowers (thank god I didn’t pay full price of £200). I had no choice but to keep them as I needed to use them to make bridal bouquets for the next day. So I could only use what I could salvage. Same thing happened when I made my own bridal bouquets a few years ago too. Decided to purchase from M&S again because they’re known for good quality. But was disappointed once again. So will not be purchasing flowers from them again in the future.

The initial impact, after a relatively easy unpacking, was spectacular. So huge I had to divide it up across one very large wide vase, and three other narrower vases. I did have to remove a lot of lower leaves myself as otherwise they would discolour the water. Would be nice if those were pre-stripped. Almost everything was fully open, which is nice for a few days, but it was lacking in unopened buds so by the end of a week I was down to only a few living stems and then they had to go out. Would be nice to have more buds so it could be kept going for a few weeks. Spectacular, but didn’t last long enough.
