Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I bought the flowers as a gift for my friend. Review from my friend: Absolutely stunning bouquet of beautiful white flowers. A mixture of heavenly white and barely green roses, freesia and lisianthus. Greatly admired, this was a perfect gift from a dear friend for our Golden Wedding Anniversary.

Bought 3 bunches for an event, all had plentiful stems and great value compared to a florist. However roses were more mature than expected with some already perishing on arrival which meant the display life was much shorter than hoped. Other flowers were still in bud which were great, however as the main event of the bouquet were the roses it was a disappointment as it took quite some time removing petals etc to prepare for display.

Delivery issue.

Product looks lovely in publicity- but ruined by delivery company (DPD), as it was (a) delivered in error to a neighbour’s address; and (b) left hidden behind two wheelybins; thus (c) not discovered until daylight the following day after an overnight frost and a long search. There is no point having a decent product (at a premium price) if it is ruined by delivery. A Christmas present has to be and look special. I don’t think being cross and upset is unreasonable - think of the customer’s perspective.

Not cheap, but absolutely beautiful and just like in the picture. Plenty of blooms. I made my own arrangement for Christmas and supplemented with some of the eucalyptus bouquet. Unfortunately it's too cost prohibitive to purchase more than once a year. Otherwise I would treat myself about 3 times a year.

The flowers arrived on time ( I always order for a day earlier then required, as they normally arrive after 12 noon). Their were plenty of flower stems and greenery, (which is very aromatic). The room was filled with a refreshing Eucalyptus scent, which lasted, the flowers also lasted for two week, with although with a help from the addition of a daily dispersible Aspirin. Would definitely recommend.
