Unhappy with the product. Gathering/ puckering of material in the lamp shade is very prominent when the light is on. The spray effect on the base is also uneven but i appreciate that is the effect. I called customer services to ask if a new lamp shade could be sent as we had home delivery and they said that wouldn't be possible and my best bet would be to take it instore for a refund and issue full replacement which isn't feasible as i don't live near a store and don't have a car.

Lovely shape - let down by the colour of the base

I love the overall shape of the lamp, and the colour of the shade, but was disappointed by the colour of the base. I ordered the white version of this lamp. The ‘white’ is actually very cream. The textured finish has been sprayed on over the grey, textured base, and is much thicker towards the lower half, tailing away to nothing at the top - so you can only see the grey base colour there. Had it been gently speckled all over, it would have been perfect, but as it is, it just looks like the upper section of the base is in permanent shadow, and the lower section is very bright cream. As a result of this, I returned this item.
