The material of the boots seems great however I couldn’t wear them. I ordered the size I always am and the boots were slipping off at the back. I have re-ordered a smaller size and also ordered the lower ones for comparison of fit. It’s also very annoying there was no option to exchange and I had to pay for return, waiting on the next ones to arrive but if they are also a terrible fit I’ll have to pay for a second return.

Love these ankle boots. They have enough room in them to wear warm socks and put my insoles in that I need for my arthritic toes. So warm in the cold weather. After giving up on finding winter boots that fits my feet they are my best footwear buy for a long time.

Bought these based on all the reviews stating how comfy they are - they arent! They have rubbed the back of my heels raw and my ankle bone feels bruised. They are very stiff and uncomfortable to walk in. I'm gutted as thought they'd be great for walking to work in winter but sadly not!

They look cute but are very stiff, not comfortable to walk in at all, and poke in at the ankle! Such a shame as they are cosy! Hoping they will get softer to wear with use - and extra pairs of socks.

I bought these to replace a very expensive brand of boots that I coukd not get in! These however are easy to slip on..so soft, warm and comfortable inside. I bought my usual size and they fit perfectly...so happy with these easy to wear boots I bought another pair in a different colour.

So happy with these boots, they take a little while to get used to as your feet do move in and out slightly whilst walking but they are very comfortable and waterproof unlike my UGGs. Will be great for evenings on our next skiing trip.
