I wanted to love this product as it removed all my eye makeup in a flash with barely any rubbing, but sadly it made my skin itchy and my contact lenses mist up. Im extremely sensitive with Rosacea and react easily to anything with perfume, oil or alcohol so I know I was a tough case! After doing lots of research on skin care ingredients I believe Butylene Glycol is a known irritant and this product contains it (right near the top of the list) so I guess Im also intolerant to that too! :(

this is by far the best eye make up remover on the market.... easy and gentle. I have used it for years. My eye lashes love it.

Could not be more disappointed with this product. It doesn't remove eye make up. Thats literally what its meant to do??? Waste of money!!

This simply does not work, I'm so disappointed. Ironically it does NOT remove my Clinique mascara - all it does is smudge it under my eyes. I have to scrub at my eyebrows to remove brow liner too. Totally useless.

I got given a smaller size of this product in a gift set. I have never used/come across a better eye makeup remover in my life. Almost none of them could get rid of the mascara and I'd end up with black under eyes the following day and losing a few eye lashes because they weren't cleaned properly. My mum uses the 'Take the Day Off' version but I don't like that one at all since it's oily and I hate oily consistencies. I just went and bought myself a full size version of it; so happy!

Absolutely useless. No matter how much you soak a cotton ball with this stuff it does not work at getting Clinique mascara off

I bought this as my usual Take The Day Off was out of stock. This is absolutely useless. It wouldn't remove my make up and left my eyes extremely sore and itchy.

Before buying this product I read all the reviews and it has some fab ones! I consider myself to have problem skin; it's extremely oily and therefore I mainly use clinique products and this time needed an oil free eye makeup remover and was advised to buy this one. This product IS very good at removing makeup, it easily strips waterproof mascara and stubborn eyeliner but I found it very harsh on my eyelids! I have extremely sore and cracked eye lids now and I can only come to the conclusion that this product isn't for me! I'm not knocking it completely, I've just found it very expensive for a product with actually leaves me with painful side effects!!

I use this to cut through waterproof mascara, which it does admirably. I gently press a soaked cotton wool ball over each eye for half a minute and then use my cream cleanser as normal. Every scrap of eye makeup is removed with no sting.

Where has this been all my life?? I received this sample in a Bonustime gift set. As a dedicated user of Comforting Cleanser for years, I had recently noticed trails on my pillow, and had felt that the CCleanser was not removing all of my High Lengths mascara. However, this wonderful product removes all traces without much effort or fuss, and leaves my dry Type 2 skin soft. I will certainly convert to using this solvent when I have finished the CCleanser!

Removes all make up without smearing. it is not oily and doesn't irritate my eyes after using. It is great if I make a mistake when applying make up, just use a cotton bud with some remover on and hey presto!

I can only use this remover on my skin as other brands bring me out in a rash it is non greasy which is great and you rinse it off after with water and its also so gentle you can even use it all over your face

as someone who doesn't step out the house without mascara finding an excellent, no nonsense make up remover is essential, this product is simply fantastic.
