Disappointing
The quality was disappointing and the fit was snug even though they were described as a regular fit and I have purchased many jeans, chinos and trousers with the same regular fit and these were not the the same.

At first I got these trousers in my usual size they were a bit roomier so ordered the next size down which fitted perfect so they are a bit generous in size other than that they are a lovely pair of trousers well made a good pair for the winter as they are thicker the the usual chino

The shade of blue is not what I expected, and looked different in the photos. The blue I got was a more turquoise blue, whereas I was looking for a shade similar to the blue in blue denim jeans

Good but…
Great feeling fabric. However the leg length is wrong. It’s at least 2 inches longer than it’s supposed to be so I have to pay extra to get them taken up. This is not a one off. I checked other trousers in an actual branch and most of them are longer than they’re supposed to be.

Lovely trousers - my partner has a few pairs of these now and they’re really comfortable and look super smart on. Can be used for work and home. The only slight downfall is that they do shrink on a low temp dry, so they have to be hung to dry and are best on a line due to the thickness of the material.

Excellent however one major flaw. The back pockets are sewn up so well that I had to take the trousers to and M&S and ask if this was a fault and if so how could I claim. One of men staff then took us to a lady who simply showed us how to break the thread. Please put a note on the pocket explaining the above.....otherwise excellent.

Inconsistent lengths.

Bought 2 colours for husband size 36 length 31. Length differs on each pair. One measures 31inch without turnup and the other 30.5inch without turn up. One review stated that 29 length measured long enough with turnup down for her husband who is 6ft tall so I ordered 29 but had to return as far too short. There seems to be inconsistency with lengths so returned and ordered 31 length. Quality is good and he finds them comfortable.

Leg length-roll up not mentioned in description
Comfortable BUT no mention of the leg being longer than described length. It has a roll up design ( reflective tag/seam?) so when rolled fown to look smart casual... its inches longer. Mark n Spencer should do better... if its a feature describe it!!! Its wasnt manafactured by accident. Product owner / marketing should be held accountable... bet they get a lot of returns
