I bought this bouquet for several friends around the UK and all were delighted. I had left it quite close to Christmas but each bouquet arrived on time.

Flowers good - website needs to be easier
Flowers arrived on time and friends were pleased - website for sending flowers really needs to be made a little more customer friendly - it takes far to long to make sure the delivery address is correct.

Would not recommend these flowers
No, I don't recommend this
I order these for my mum to be sent Christmas Eve. She received them and was so upset, she phoned the customer service line, she said they were disgusting there were hardly any flowers in it and it looked like a soggy cabbage. She cried when she told me, which was upsetting for us both. I always get her flowers from M&S for Christmas Eve, and this was the first really bad order sent.

Sent to family for Christmas. Not to usual standard for M & S flowers. Only lasted 4 days and had mouldy type smell.

Alot of money for just leaves
The bouquet was very disappointing with only two flowers and the rest was all bush and leaves. It looked awful

The £18 Poinsettias were very poor. I bought 2 one of which started to shed its leaves after only two days. I took it back to a store where it was replaced. Not long after the replacement plant and the second original plant also began to shed leaves. I am left with stalks with red flowers atop with no leaves. Very poor, not in keeping with M&S normal high standards. Estabelle

Not the standard bouquet. Sent to my mother and ‘unusual but lovely’ was her comment when they arrived. She was very please and they lasted a decent time too.

Great delivery, on time and friendly delivery man. However the flowers arrived very limp and did not fully recover despite my best efforts. Perhaps the cold weather was to blame, but the bouquet did not look good and didn’t last.
