Care instructions
Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Sent to my sister in laws 80th birthday. Unfortunately the yellow and orange roses were in poor condition and died the next day. Red roses lasted longer. I was so embassed about this a will be complaining to customer services. I have always sent M &S flowers but have now lost confidence in the service. Very disappointed and let down.

I bought this bouquet for a relatives special wedding anniversary. Apparently when they arrived the material covering them was completely dry (I think it should have been wet or damp). The flowers only lasted two days. Such a disappointment/embarrassment for me.
