Pure Wool Wrap Coat

I already have a navy Jaeger coat which is lovely and always wanted a camel coloured coat . This seemed to be of very good quality although quite expensive ! I’m a size 10/12 and the 10 fits perfectly ( both coats) although the navy coat is single breasted . I am pleased with my purchase and it should last me forever!

I purchased this in black because it looked beautiful online - casually elegant - and I simply love the Jaeger brand. I had been trying to make a decision on size for a while but when an offer popped up I purchased the only size available (size10) hoping it would be roomy enough. I am usually a 10/12 and it is a relaxed fit on me. The coat arrived in store, it was beautifully boxed, and I could not wait to get home to try it on. However, I was so disappointed when I opened the box to find a screwed up parcel of wool fabric - the lining was totally creased too - and in addition it was strewn with long blonde hairs and a few animal hairs just for good measure. It will take me some effort to get it into reasonable condition to wear without it looking like a charity cast off, but it’s a beautiful coat and I decided to keep it. It is well cut and finished and a nice long length for me (5’4”) it almost reaches my ankles. Sadly it entered the sale a few days later and is now a third of the price. One wonders what the actual mark up is when such a huge discount can still effect a profit … But back to the review. This particular coat was obviously purchased by - and possibly worn by - someone who decided to return it. Surely customer services should have checked it carefully before reissuing it?

This is one of the most stylish coats I have seen in a very long time. Incredible fit luxurious and made of the finest wool. It’s warm, comfortable and 100 per cent glamorous. Love it so much I have bought it in both colours.

Had my eye on this gorgeous coat for a while and finally decided to purchase when the 20% offer popped up. After reading the reviews I sized down from a 12 to a 10 but when it arrived it was massive and thought I know reviewers said it came up large but surely not that large. I then noticed although the attached label said 10 the label in the coat was size 16 so back it went. I was so miffed as by then most sizes were OOS and thought I’d totally lucked out. Thankfully a size 10 came back in stock a couple of days later and the 20% off offer was still on (although I did contact customer services when I initially received wrong size and they said they would honour the 20% offer if back to full price) so quickly popped that in my basket and grateful when correct size arrived. It is such a beautiful coat, fabulous quality, lovely fit and really warm and it will last for many years to come. A true winter staple.

Treated myself to this beautiful black 100% pure wool coat, tried for 2 weeks to get a size 8 eventually I managed to get my hands on one. It's a little big, a size 6 would of been perfect, however,still looks good and keeps me so warm, paid full price but well worth the money. Love it. Will last for many years.happy customer.

Stylish, pure wool coat. I read the reviews and went down a size. I would recommend going down 2 sizes. I bought it with a sparks offer which had expired when I eventually returned it as it was still too large. I felt very sad sending back such a beautiful coat, but it’s not a bargain if you don’t wear it.

This is an absolutely stunning coat. High quality, fully lined, 100% wool. It's pricey but nowadays it's impossible to find a high quality coat in a natural fibre for anything less. It's well structured and looks smart and chic. Very happy with it.

Very heavy, good-quality, stylish coat. It's warm, comfortable, and versatile—can be dressed up or down. I wasn’t sure which size to get, so I decided to find it in-store, and I’m so glad I did because it’s very roomy. If you plan on wearing sweaters or layering, go for your normal size; if not, I’d recommend sizing down.
