The coat itself is very nice, however the only example of the item in the size I was looking for instore was dirty, so I went home and ordered online click and collect. The coat instore was £299, whereas online I was charged £325. When I received the coat the label still attached to the coat said £299. So of course I contacted M&S, confident that they would refund the difference, but no. Apparently "prices can vary". I thought this was poor and it has left a bad taste in the mouth
