100% polyester filling
No, I don't recommend this
This product is comfortable, if a little tight for people with a larger head. It is filled with polyester rather than silk so wouldn’t recommend if you have a problem with that. I wasn’t a fan but my 10 year old son seems to love it.

Mask not adjustable and much too big, kept slipping, I had to shorten the strap and sew it. It does not cut out all the light so not as effective as other masks I have had, quite expensive for what it is

Got this as it does help with minimising that washed out look in the morning. But also helps with the neighbour's outside lights that seem to have a mind of their own, especially on dark nights. Thats my moan over. But love it, very comfortable and soft.
