Very slimming trouser
Love these trousers, great shape if you’re more pear shaped, as they have front pleats! Excellent quality - very happy

Great garment - shame it was crumpled and creased
Garment is great as I had expected but I am not sure how it was stored it was so creased and crumpled and marked from folding. I need to launder before I can wear!

POOR TAILORING
No, I don't recommend this
Looking for a Summer trouser suit, I found this linen suit amongst the Jaeger collection. Beautiful colour, as well as a style of trouser I favour. I especially like pleat fronted trousers. The first suit arrived together, wrapped in tissue and presented in a box. Sadly, the trousers did not travel well and it was impossible to judge how they looked, other than they were a good fit around the waist but, due to poor pressing and creasing, the front of the trouser bulged due to there being no pleating. 3 pairs of trousers later I have a pair of trousers to make up the suit I am looking for. The only creasing is due to packaging, and obviously where they have been tried on by other would be customers. At 5'6" tall the trouser sits well, just covering the top of my ankle bone. The fit on the waist is good, perhaps a little relaxed. Wide on the hip and thigh before tapering from the knee. Good heavy linen with a slight sheen. Although sold under the Jaeger brand, this trouser is no better than I would expect to find in, say, the Autograph range, or even under the M&S label when at its best. Overall the tailoring is poor, particularly the pressing of the pleats which, on some of the trousers, is non-existent with the result that this trouser does not represent good value for money.

Ok but weird waistband.
No, I don't recommend this
The trousers feel great quality and I enjoy the fit of the leg. However, rather than normal belt loops or elasticated waistband, there is a strange loopy elastic thing going on that just does not fit well. I have wide hips and a thinner waist, and this has meant I get this strange lumpy loop of fabric at the back.

Weird fit
No, I don't recommend this
These trousers are a very strange fit. Not sure who they would suit. They looked ridiculous on me as they are incredibly voluminous at the top but taper so much. I’m 5’9 and they were very short - cropped rather than ankle grazer. Such a shame as the fabric is beautiful and the blazer is really nicely cut.

Ludicrous trousers
No, I don't recommend this
This trousers are ridiculous. They are supposed to be ankle grazers but I am only 5’3 and they barely reach my ankles. They are really voluminous at the top and really narrow at the bottom and look like a clown’s. A real shame because the matching jacket is lovely
