Pure Linen Elasticated Waist Shorts

Lovely shorts, nice colour. A tad shorter than my hubby would have been preferred but they have already had a couple of outings and been washed. They washed really well and, all in all, we are happy with these, particularly at the sale price.

Good but I returned the beige pair as the cut felt too generous compared to the navy ones.

These lightweight, highly breathable shorts encourage health directly - through lower temperatures - and indirectly, through the low-stress feeling they engender. As they're linen, improving with washing and time, they'll likely outlast the wearer. So, though they look expensive, they're actually a bargain. A zip or other enclosures wouldn't fit the design brief, even though I appreciate the practicality of those in certain garments. And they only look somewhat transparent if the light catches them on the fabric which sits away from the body. That is, you won't be exposed by wearing these like a commando...
