Pure Cotton Vintage Lace Embroidered Bedding Set

This bedding set is absolutely beautiful, the pillows a have embroidery in one corner. And the quality is very good.

Lovely style and quality - offers a country style which I hoped for! One disappointment on the pillowcase was that just one corner of the folded lace would not lie flat and was puckered in its positioning - impossible to iron flat!

Very pretty crisp white linen classic look-bought this to go in our guest bedroom which doubles as a grandchildren’s bedroom with two single beds as well. White obviously goes with everything but it’s just got enough interest with the embroidery.

Had my eye on this a while, looks lovely, given only 4* as some of the finishing not what I class as perfect. It's washed well and ironed well. The zip opening on the duvet cover makes it so much easier to change. Overall, happy with purchase as this is the look I'd had in mind but think it's a bit overpriced for what it is.

Pretty bedding but I've docked stars because it's not pure white. Quite disappointing. I would have returned it but it was so intricately folded I couldn't get it back in the wrapper.

This is a lovely set of covers, delicate and good quality except on first wash the decorative stitching unravelled in two places which is not easy to fix yourself. The stitching is centre stage and noticable … it unravelled about for inches in both places because it hadnt been secured properly. Important to check it when you open it and again after each wash. It is an expensive set of covers and such a disappointment. Mine was the superking size. The set is more cream than off white or white.

This an exceptionally pretty bedding set, but it looks like unbleached cotton because it isn't a pure, crisp white - which is what I wanted. Regretfully returned it.

Lovely duvet. Washes well and even more importantly, easy to iron Would have liked a bit more embroidery on the body of duvet, but still very pleased with my purchase.

This white duvet cover and pillow cases set is very stylish with a vintage look to it. The quality of the fabric is excellent and the embroidered areas look lovely. The duvet cover is very roomy( mine is standard double size) and the zip fastening at the bottom is a brilliant feature! This makes it so much easier to open and close instead of buttons which I often find difficult and fiddly to fasten. My only criticism is that the pillow cases could be a more generous size. I have an M&S pillow with an M&S protective cover on and I find it a very snug fit making it slightly difficult to put on and position correctly. This bedding launders at 40 degrees and irons well, leaving it crisp and fresh looking. You could get away without ironing it as it doesn’t grease too much but my preference is for a smooth ironed finish.
