Product was a gift for my daughter. She found it too heavy to wear so I tried to return it. Unfortunately, it was just over the return date (had been wrapped in my wardrobe until her birthday), so M&S wouldn't refund or give credit note so I am stuck with a dressing gown I don't want and paid £45!. Disappointed with M&S not treating me as an individual and looking at my situation fairly.

I purchased my new robe to replace my old M&S one which is well past it's best, 20+ years. It's just a slightly different shade blue but very much the same and it's gorgeous. Beautiful quality, thick and warm, I washed it firt and it's better than ever.

Lovely, cosy dressing gown. There is a tying ribbon on the inside which holds it in place and prevents it from slipping open but there is also plenty of wrap over anyway. Really pleased with it.
