Nice but probably prefer the cut of the muslin nightdress.This one is a nice crisp cotton, a slimmer fit, creases a little as you’d expect from cotton so that is another reason I prefer the Muslin material.

A BIT DISAPPOINTED
My wife bought this nightdress as she wanted a cool nightie for the hot weather. It states “striped” on the description but it is not, it is more a plain pink. Although the straps are adjustable they keep slipping down which my wife said is annoying. However the fabric is cooling and the fit is good.

The chemise fits nicely. I bought the size 6. I agree with other reviews that the material is thin and see through especially as the price wasn’t particularly cheap. I did however want a chemise that is cool to wear in the hot weather that we had this summer so it has definitely served its purpose.

Pretty Pure Cotton Nightdresses

I’m thrilled. I have two beautiful pure cotton nightdresses. One in a pretty pale pink and one in a demure blue. A bit creased when they arrived but I quickly changed that with a hot steam iron. They fit perfectly just above the knee. Thank you M & S.

Love this nightie though someone taller than me (i'm 5ft 2") may find it quite short. Very nice quality cotton and great for holidays as it folds really small. Excellent value and really nice pale blue colour

Looked good on the M&S website but unfortunately when it arrived it was too thin and too short. Normally buy strappy summer nighties from M&S but they were very much lacking this year, which was disappointing.

Very hard to find nice cotton chemise, most seem to be jersey or satin. Nice enough, if I had to pick a fault, I would say the fabric is a little too thin and see through!

This is perfect for the real hot weather we have had. It’s light enough. The material is cheap but it is a nightwear so I wouldn’t have expected different. The only gripe I have is that it wasn’t soft and the fit around my bust was a bit tighter than I would like. Something like mul cotton which is softer but still inexpensive would have been a better choice. Overall though I have survived the heatwaves thank to this.

The nightdress is very comfortable for sleeping. Rather roomy! I sized down, and am very pleased I did. I ordered a second one and was surprised when it arrived, as the material seemed a trifle thicker and had “sprigs” on it whereas the first one was plain. This was not an issue, but it feels even larger than the first one. Still useable and comfy though.
