Beautifully soft and warm
Beautifully soft and luxurious feel, warm and comfortable. I bought the full set of duvet cover and extra pillowcases and am now waiting for the white fitted double size bottom sheet to come back into stock. I don't yet know how they will stand the test of time and washing but so far, I'm delighted. I am very fussy about my bedding, will only use pure Egyptian cotton with a wool filled duvet, and this seems wonderful so far. I am tempted to buy another set to keep in the cupboard for future use for when this one wears out. Great value for the price.

Sateen duvet cover set
Fabric seemed good quality but sadly the shade of grey really didn’t go with the wallpaper so returned for a Refund.. that’s the great thing about M&S you know you are able to return no quibbles. Thank you M&S. Fan for 60 years x

I loved this duvet cover until I noticed when changing the bed today that the side seam had come undone and frayed! I bought the linen only 7 months ago replacing some I had had for 20 years. This should not have happened.

Bad quality & no help given from customer services

This quilt cover wasn't used immediately, although I did iron it before putting it away. When I came to use it a couple of months later I noticed the seam has not been sewn properly & it was all frayed inspite of it never being used. When I called customer services, they would not give me any help at all, as i had bought it some months previous. I therefore had to purchase another identical one even though I am not happy with the quality, as I had already bought all the matching bed items & couldn't just waste them. Therefore I am not happy with the purchase or customer services.

As advertised, easy to put on duvet, smooth as silk, love it. Good quality for a very reasonable price, I usually go for more up market for quality but this gives them a runn for their money.
