Pure Cotton Ribbed Waistband Trousers

Bought two pairs as Nursery trousers (he only does three days per week) so worn once/ twice per week each since Sept. One pair ripped at the knee and are completely ruined already, the others have faded and thinned so badly at both knees, they probably won't be far behind.

The elasticated waistband is so loose they fall down constantly. You have to use the tie but then if you tie it tight enough to hold them up you have lost the comfort (which is why you bought the elasticated ones in the first place, right?!) and your son can no longer take his own trousers down. For children who tell you when they need the loo this may not be a problem. For me it was a very *wet* problem. So now we have them loose again, and the poor little guy is pulling them up every two mins. So sad that I bought two pairs too! I think they're going to be changing bag spares!

These are lovely trousers, but the fit is really disappointing. They have a very loose elastic waistband, and don't stay up well. They do have a tie waist, but not very useful for small boys!
