Love this summer dress. Usually size 12 but I ordered 14 tall as the waist fitted better. Lovely print and cool cotton with lining to the skirt. So easy to wear and can dress up or down.

Really like the look of his dress, but sadly it was not for me. It looked too baggy and frumpish went on. Lacking style I thought.

Really liked the print and style of this dress however two rows of elastic on the waist are not very comfortable and consequently also made the tier not sit right at the back so sadly returned

I'm normally a size 16 and this dress is a little loose around the bust, but if I'd have sized down to a 14 I think it would be stretched around the waist. It's quite a flouncy dress so the looseness around the bust is OK. Nice length sleeves to the elbow. The skirt is lined with a black soft cotton, so it's the kind of dress to be worn on a summers evening. I think it would be a bit warm for day wear. Overall it's a nice quality dress.

I bought this as well as the same dress in pink. It’s a good smart dress that you can put on and go. The sizing is better than on other M&S dresses in that the elasticated middle sits on the waist rather than above it. It would look good with a linen blazer. The skirt is lined, it has pockets and the neckline does not show too much skin. Finally, it washes at 30 degrees so it makes for a very easy wash and wear dress.

Good quality cotton dress. Well made, lower skirt section fully lined. Liked the style of sleeve, great coverage for the upper arms. Purchased in both the red and black colours, both really lovely but decided to keep the red one. Bought size 16 regular. True to size and length came to mid shin, I’m 5’5”.

I feel that it comes up big - just a bit too much volume in the body.. I’m pretty average: a size 14 (maybe a 13 if it existed!) and 5’6” but the size 12 is best for me.. plus, as I’m handy with a sewing machine, I shortened the sleeves 2cm and also shortened the bodice 4cm! Makes the overall fit much neater, and now I love it!

I would have preferred this dress without the ruffle banding as it makes it a bit fussy . I like that it has sleeves but is in a light pure cotton fabric so will be cool but covered up . Versatile holiday dress .

Nice light weight dress with pretty sleeves. When I tried it on at home it made me look like a ‘sack, tied in the middle’ as there were 2 rows of elastic at the waistline - a quick removal of the upper one (no idea why someone thought 2 was good!) made the dress sit so much better on my natural waist. . .
