Leopard print beach towel.
The leopard print beach towel I bought for my daughter was quite a disappointment. I thought it would be bigger and more luxurious! It’s OK for the price but just lacks the quality I have become used to with M&S towels. It was delivered on time and well packed.

I have M and S beach towels from previous years which have lasted brilliantly. I wanted to replace them this year as they were starting to fade a little bit. What a huge disappointment to find that this towel is 10cm narrower than previous versions. STOP treating customers like idiots. I would happily pay £5 more for you to maintain the size.
