I Have always purchased cotton polo shirts from M&S for my husband as they have always washed well & stayed in shape,but the last 2 have not been good, they crease badly,go out of shape & the material looks cheap & old fashioned nylon this one came out of the bag all creased & looking the same so i returned it. Not good M&S

So wanted items (ordered 2) to be good. Very disappointed in quality presentation and moreover the shape and fit. Sleeves long and baggy at cuffs. Hem loose and not fitted. Arrived screwed up and creased not a great start. Both items ordered same size but when laid on top of each other massive difference. Quality of materials gave me no confidence so returned.
