Small hole appeared after initially being worn

I love the style and colour but disappointed that a hole has appeared around the cord embroidery? I’ve worn it once and laundered it I noticed the hole right in the front when it was being ironed. This is the second time lately that I’ve had something similar with a White Stuff product. I’m feeling quite disappointed!
