Lovely but too long

Lovely skirt but couldn’t get petite and ended up chopping 6” off bottom so lost all the detail around hem. Belt comes undone unless you knot it which causes bulk around waist. It’s very comfortable to wear, love it, just not the wasted material that went in the bin!
