I'm 6 feet 1 and thin and the shirt is a good fit. It's warm and very, very comfortable. 2 quibbles however: (1) it's impossible to roll the sleeves more than 3 times and certainly not past the elbow; and (2) the small, slippery buttons are difficult for hands with arthritis.
