Pure Cotton Bow Knitted Dress

Bought this for my grand-daughter for Christmas. It looked lovely at first but by the end of the day had stretched and was very baggy.

This dress stretched beyond recognition and a hole materalised in the sleeve after two washes and by hand too. Returned item and received full refund.

Bought this for my 4 1/2 yr old daughter. Got the 4-5 size. The thing was ridiculously huge. Did not fit her at all. Ended up giving it to my 6 yr old niece. It doesn't fit her either. Hugely disappointed

... dress purchased for my granddaughter for Christmas. Can't comment yet whether it will be a hit or not. She loves bling so maybe I will get a pair of lurex tights to go with the dress.

I bought a 6-7 year size for a six year old who normally wears 7-8 thinking it may be too small. After one wearing and no washing this dress is now 5 inches longer at the back than the front and overall has changed from knee length to almost ankle length at the back, with the dropped wastline approaching the knees. It looks as if she is wearing big sister's cast offs. It is a total disaster and should be withdrawn from sale. My advice is don't even buy it in a knock down sale. I intend to return it and let the store manager see. How can professional designers and testers let this product reach the racks?

I really like the dress but again was a little disappointed as I ordered it online and thought it came with the tights but it doesn't.My daughter likes it so we are keeping it.But for the price, surely M&S could put in the tights as well.These dresses normally do come as 2 part set.
