Sizing all over the place!

I would buy a few sizes to try on, as you can't rely on the sizing in my experience. I bought this in a size 12 in the Kingfisher, and it was really tight, plus I didn't like the colour (looked like something my Dad would wear). I saw it in the black at a reduced price and decided to give it another try, and that one was a great fit in the size 10......

usually wear size 12...but this jumper was slightly too small and as I have previously bought (washable ) cashmere from M&S and other stores and found that they all shrink to some extent I thought it might be safer to buy the 14!

If you don't like clingy then is is not the jumper for you, I had to go up a size. It is a beautiful jumper though and a great length for those of us long in the back. It would take you anywhere.

a much better fit than the lambswool and merino or cashmillon jumpers and a nice shade of navy - i have a black one too and it has survived a wool cycle machine wash coming out better than new - nice to find a 16 which is generous enough across the chest and in the arms without being huge at the waist as i often find size 16's have tight arms and big baggy bottoms while still a bit tight across shoulders and chest

Perfect jumper for winter months over a shirt and under a coat. That's the thing these days, a lot of lovely jumpers are too bulky to go under a coat. This one in length and thickness is perfect. I'm a size 8-10 and like things a little loose and bought a size 8. It's great but not loose. If you are uncertain go for a size up.

I bought two of this type , cashmere is fine - not outstanding- but good value at this low cost . It's a simple design and not too bulky to wear under jackets. I am happy with my purchase and just hope the eventual pilling won't be too bad .

I am delighted with both this jumper and a cardigan bought in the last few weeks from the cashmere range. I'm a size 8 and the fit is perfect, I wear a blouse underneath both garments but didn't want a baggy fit. I hate heavy knitwear but feel the cold so both these garments fit the bill - they are fine but not too thin and superbly warm, Well done M&S - I shall be looking to buy more of this range

This fits really well and is good value for the price. I think the colour is a much darker navy than shown on the website, though, and I wish M&S would do these in brighter shades such as purple and red for Winter.

M&S cashmere is the best of its kind, it washes better, stays in shape, feels wonderfully soft, and is the best value for money compared to other brands, I bought this jumper to send to my Daughter in Law, in Australia, for Christmas, as they think M&S cashmere is great. Sadly, they have nothing like this there, so M&S has a wonderful name on the other side of the world too..
