Good but not as good as previous
No, I don't recommend this
I bought fingerless mittens from M&S a couple of years ago in light grey, dark grey and black. They were thick and great quality. These are not so good, they are very fine and the ribbing at the top makes them less suitable for wearing in the evening. Positives: they are very warm, lovely to wear. Negatives: they won't last more than a season with regular wear and the ribbing doesn't suit the price paid.

Third time around
Yes, I recommend this
I bought two pairs of these last year, for myself, and absolutely loved them. I wore them for working at the keyboard, as well as out and about. This year I've bought a pair for a young and style-conscious friend. My only comment is that it would have been nice to have a choice of colours. NB for next year, M&S!

Not very warm
No, I don't recommend this
I bought these as part of a 20% off offer, so reasonably priced for cashmere gloves. They are long which is a plus but the cashmere is quite thin (or loosely knit) and instead of a half thumb like Pure Collection or Brora gloves they have a slit which is quite wide (I don't have small hands either) which means they let cold air into the gloves. Other fingerless gloves are warmer.

Cosy Chic
Yes, I recommend this
These gloves look Chic and are lovely and warm, they could have been a little longer....I will keep them as they will be useful with three quarter sleeves. Marked down one star as I feel for the money they could have come in a box, especially if considering as a gift.

Best winter purchase
Yes, I recommend this
These fingerless gloves are super warm and soft - there's no irritation from the wool (I normally get a reaction from wearing wool next to my skin). The length of them makes sure that there's no gap between my coat sleeve and the start of the glove, which is brilliant. Handily, you can pop these over your normal gloves, so they can act as a double protection. Absolute bliss - this is my second pair (the first I wore so much they pretty much unravelled, but it took a good couple of years before that happened). They have increased in price since the first pair I bought, but I guess that's to be expected. Highly recommend.

Pure Luxury

I buy these every year and give them as Christmas gifts and they always go down a treat! Beautifully soft and luxurious and excellent value!

expensive, misleading colour
No, I don't recommend this
In the picture, these gloves look 'charcoal' and there is no colour stated on the description. I thought i was ordering a charcoal shade of glove, but i received pure black. I would not have ordered them if i had known they were pure black. The online item page is not clear enough, and they are too expensive for what they are. A few years ago, i bought a lovely, soft, pale grey cashmere fingerless glove set in M&S. real quality feel, and are still as soft as then. Also, they did not have the ugly ribbing that the more recent pairs do. Bring back the previous style and feel - much more luxurious and attractive!

Brilliant
Yes, I recommend this
These gloves are fantastic and I have 4 pairs in different colours. I find that most jumpers have sleeves that are a fraction too short in the arm for me (M&S usually an inch too short) and these gloves cover that gap, meaning that I don't keep sneezing. Practical to wear whilst working on the computer etc.

Stylish but expensive

I love these gloves but not the price. (I bought a pair in the sale last year but seem to have lost them.) I recommend them because they are comfortable and look good - but I'm really hoping not to need another pair for a while!

Cashmere beauties
Yes, I recommend this
I love these gloves (my second pair). Perfect for running about town using wallet/iphone without having to take off. I have fairly small hands and they fit and keep their shape perfectly. I had my last pair for over two years before losing and they never pilled. They're not cheap but brilliant quality - If they go on sale I will stock up!

Warm and soft

I've given these full marks although I've not actually worn them myself! They are a Christmas present for my sister, but they are so beautifully soft and, I'm sure, very warm, that I wish I had put them on my own Christmas list! Maybe next year .....

These fingerless gloves are beautiful, soft and warm and are long enough to compliment some of the three-quarter sleeve knitwear in fashion today!

Sooo Small!
No, I don't recommend this
These are lovely if you have slim hands and arms. Unfortunately I don't fit into that category. I couldn't get them even near "on". They are very tiny. Such a shame.

Fingerless

Bought a pair last year in sales and are soft and warm. Would recommend them, however, price is creeping up each year and I now think they are overpriced especially as the cashmere gloves with fingers are same price! Also wonder why there is not a choice of colours on the internet whereas in the stores there is a good colour range?

soft fingerless gloves

I ordered these gloves as I was curious about fingerless gloves. Thought I can give them to my daughter if I feel too old or something else... But I will keep them for myself. They are soft, warm, useful and black. Very nice.
