It just doesn’t work at keeping your belongings stable. Tried it at home with a 250ml soft flask, my phone, and keys. It bounced about shifted when running. The next size down was too small to get on. You really have to hope you fit neatly into one of the size brackets. Recently bought a Kiprun belt which has a simple adjustment system to dial in the fit, and works really well.

I was looking for something to replace my buckled waist pack, that was causing friction irritation on my skin due to bouncing and not being a snug fit. I bought this belt in hopes to fix that problem and It did exactly that. The belt didn’t compromise with space, I’m still able to hold my keys, phone, wallet and also Salomon’s 500ML soft flask. The belt also gives the user ability to carry trekking poles. I’m 5’8” 175LBs and I purchased a medium. I would recommend sizing up if you’re similar in stature. Overall great purchase.

After first purchasing the pulse belt it is now the only belt I buy. It evenly distributes the weight of phone, keys, headphone case, and small pepper spray. It feels like a part of my outfit when running rather than an additional item and stays in place without slipping or sliding - an issues experienced with other belts. The pulse belt helps me get out on early morning runs feeling comfortable and confident that I have all I need to get some miles in.

This is a good running belt for carrying a larger phone (eg iPhone ProMax). I'm 32" waist so went for the size to cover that. It's a very snug fit. Remember to take account that it could go over shorts waistband and maybe size up if you're near top of the product size.

After a lot of research I bought a Salomon running belt for myself and it was excellent, so I bought one for my daughter too. They're comfortable (no scratching/chaffing), comodious (space for phone. shopping bag, gels, keys) and stylish (you get a bit of kudos with a Salomon logo). Between the two of us we've had a few running belts but this one is tops!

I bought this belt and it’s great for carrying my phone and essentials. Much better than keeping them in my pockets. However, the flask shown in your photos is misleading. I purchased it as well, but it doesn’t fit inside the belt at all, and it leaks water even if it do fits.

I finally got rid of my velcro-water bottle holster best, which I loved, but it died and gave in to the perpetual belt and not expecting to like it. I tried a few, but didn't like their entry points for bottles. This is the best belt of for fit, placement of holders and it has a zipper. I like the wider waist bad too it never moves. My new favorite running belt, I just did a half in it and it was perfect. Highly recommend.
