This is perfect for a mid range trail un that you need to bring water but don't want to wear a vest. The belt can hold my phone, keys, a few gels, and a 500ml soft flask with little to no bounce.

I do generally like this belt my only issue is it starts to fall down at the end of my runs so having some sort of adjuster at the top would be nice. I also like the back pocket but would also be nice if it were an adjustable opening to fit a bottle in without water leaking everywhere. But I do still love this belt, just a few adjustments and it would be perfect :)

Fits well, doesn't bounce. Front pocket is nice . My only suggestion is that they make the back pocket larger ( it is difficult to get my soft flask in. Other than that it works well... used for my Ultramarathon (40 miles)

I tried a few running belts in the past. This PULSE product seems one of the best because it doesn’t bounce much with carrying a phone and water bottle. I strongly recommend this!

Have tried several styles and brands. The pulse belt is my go to belt. Holds extra hydration in back pocket, and phone / wallet securely in zippered pocket in front. No bounce. I forget it’s even on, it’s so comfortable.

It just doesn’t work at keeping your belongings stable. Tried it at home with a 250ml soft flask, my phone, and keys. It bounced about shifted when running. The next size down was too small to get on. You really have to hope you fit neatly into one of the size brackets. Recently bought a Kiprun belt which has a simple adjustment system to dial in the fit, and works really well.

I was looking for something to replace my buckled waist pack, that was causing friction irritation on my skin due to bouncing and not being a snug fit. I bought this belt in hopes to fix that problem and It did exactly that. The belt didn’t compromise with space, I’m still able to hold my keys, phone, wallet and also Salomon’s 500ML soft flask. The belt also gives the user ability to carry trekking poles. I’m 5’8” 175LBs and I purchased a medium. I would recommend sizing up if you’re similar in stature. Overall great purchase.

After first purchasing the pulse belt it is now the only belt I buy. It evenly distributes the weight of phone, keys, headphone case, and small pepper spray. It feels like a part of my outfit when running rather than an additional item and stays in place without slipping or sliding - an issues experienced with other belts.
