Hello Alex, we're sorry to hear that this Cookware are not what you have expected. We are usually known for exceptional product quality and are disappointed that we did not live up to those exceptions on this occasion. We'd like to take this opportunity to advise that for any cookware to be classed as induction suitable it must have a base which has a suitable amount of magnetic material. Steel, iron, stainless steel are all good for this purpose even if when they are coated. Aluminium, glass, ceramic and copper are unsuitable. The amount of magnetic material and how it is spread out will influence how well it works. Essentially with induction, it’s all about matching the size of the base of your pan to the nearest size ring/zone on your hob, just like you would on a gas or ceramic hob.
