Too tight, and annoying buttonholes.
No, I don't recommend this
I always have a medium size top (38 inch chest) but this one is too tight for a medium size. i fail to see why the designer thought it was clever to make the buttonholes horizontal instead of vertical. This silly gimmick makes them awkward to do up.
