They really are superior leggings. If you do a lot of squats you will notice the difference in the stretch with these. I found the sizing to be right on, just enough compression and very comfortable. IMO these are great to workout in, not so sure about putting them on just to lounge.

I try other cheaper leggings and keep coming back to Sweaty Betty for an all round legging that can cover gym, cycling and yoga! They are thick enough - but not too thick and most of all - they stay up without continual ‘hoisting’.
