Power 6" High Waisted Cycling Shorts

Great fit & support. Chosen 6" length look good (5ft5"). Went for classic black. Don't ride up or fall down during activities. Size L for 12/14 fits & controls well.

Love these shorts, I have a pair of power leggings allready so my expectations were high and these power shorts did not dissapoint. They stay put during yoga, spin, walking and strenght training, fit is great, very supportive but not restricting, they dry very quickly and wash well. This is an investment but I think its worth it. I tried different brands of workout leggings and SB is so far the best I found.

Bought to use in summer at the gym. Love the fit and length of the 6” legs. So flattering compared to other brands. Sweaty Betty are the best, you get what you pay for ! And the pocket is a must !

Great squat proof shorts for gym work & classes (pilates, yoga) Like power leggings they hold everything compressed, are comfortable and don’t ride up on the leg or roll on the waist. Waistband is not noticeable. I bought these in the sales for leisure cycling but with the uk heatwave they’ve been spot on! Good work SB!

My third pair of power shorts now. Also have power leggings. These shorts are flattery, comfortable and I feel safe and held in when running. They do not restrict me, breathing or movement wise. Comfortable and breathable when on my bike too but I mostly use for running and sometimes casual wear. My other power shorts have lovely patterns (and are now in their 5th year of wearing them) but I wanted a plain black pair too as an absolute must staple. My power shorts wash well and do not lose their shape and fit after. Handy rear pocket which I use for keys. Phone pocket on the side holds phone imposition but I often put running gels in there instead of on a longer run. Love these shorts and overall are flattering, comfortable and hard wearing. Waist band is very tight, fits like the power leggings, but the fabric around the legs isn’t as tight which means they ride up while moving, exactly what I was trying to avoid. They’re so loose on the legs that when I sit down there’s a gap around my thigh. No opportunity to size down as they wouldn’t fit over my hips anymore (and I don’t have particularly wide hips…). Feels like the cut isn’t really made for women. Disappointing as I had high hopes after I’m a serial lover of the leggings.

The perfect length for running, they are literally my go to short- no chafing

The 6 inch is the perfect length. I'm 5ft2 with chunky (muscular) thighs and I really struggle with shorts but the 6inch sit perfectly. There's enough support to hold me in nicely but not so much that my thighs are bursting out the bottom! I'd normally take a size small (size 10) in leggings but I size up to a Medium in these shorts to give my thighs a little breathing room and avoid what I describe as my upside down muffin top (thighs bulging out under the shorts).. the waist is a little roomier but the drawstring works fine to fix that! This is my third pair and the only shorts I've ever felt good in.

I bought these power shorts for running, The fabric is quite thick which may be great for compression and ergonomics though very warm to wear as summer running shorts. Love all my powers, great flexibility, moisture wicking though please consider thinner fabric.

I brought these cycling shorts for Hyrox classes, they are a good fit and comfortable. The only criticism I have for these and the leggings is the middle seam right down the crotch area is very prominent and uncomfortable.

I bought these shorts for running. They don't ride up and they have a handy side pocket and zip pocket at the back. I now have 2 pairs.
